چکیده
A field experiment was conducted during the Kharif season of2020 with four main plot treatments consisting of irrigation levels (No post sowing irrigation, one at flower initiation stage, pod filling stage and two irrigations each stage) five subplot as genotypes viz., MH 1142, 1468, 1703, 1762 1871 following split design by replicating thrice. Irrigating green gram, irrespective growth increased seed yield significantly. Two podding bring about greater economic gram than 1 either stage. Among single irrigations, provided significantly superior (8.6 %) compared to During no rain this led more development crop plants, is evident from a higher number branches per plant and, ultimately, pods. i.e., phase, lead considerably output which may be attributed sufficient supply water, indirectly smooth nutrients plants. The increase 18.4 28.6 cent over-irrigation flowering respectively. Seed varied among genotypes, might because variations in genetic potential genotypes. Genotype produced different cumulative effect traits viz. pods plant, index seeds 1871. This genotype efficient utilizing radiations, chlorophyll content recorded genotype. 1142 lowest yielder although produced. To obtain taken

Shoot-root traits of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica L.) as influenced by different irrigation schedules
Frequency of irrigation to the crops is the key factor for proper growth and economic yield. Therefore, in the current study growth of broccoli plants was investigated under different irrigation levels in pot culture condition. Five levels of irrigation schedules were applied including I0 [Non-irrigation control], I1 [Irrigation up to 15 days after transplanting (DAT)], I2 [Irrigation up to 30 ...
متن کاملDry Matter Partitioning in Garden Pea (Pisum sativum L.) As Influenced by Different Light Levels
Low light responses of eight garden pea genotypes were investigated in the present experiment in terms of dry matter accumulation and partitioning in the plant. The light treatments consisted of (i) 100% photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) measured in the open field and (ii) 25%, (iii) 50%, (iv) 75% reduction of natural PAR obtained by using mosquito nets of variable color and mesh number...

To evaluate the performance of mungbean genotypes including C.V. NM98, C.V. Ramzan and a local genotype as check, an experiment was designed in farmers’ field in Rarasham district Musakhel. This region is situated in Monsoon belt of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Mungbean is one of the major kharif pulse crop grown in this region as solo or intercropped with sorghum or millet. Significant va...
